Our Staff
Our lawyer, Tim Kingston, joined the bar in 1987, serving as a judicial clerk for a year and working in the employment law department of a Denver law firm before entering into a general practice in 1994. He also worked as an attorney for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for a number of years, where he handled banking matters.
We also employ paralegals John Price and Margaret (Maggie) Perrott. John served 20 years as a paralegal in the JAG corps and Maggie has extensive experience in reviewing medical claims.
