Charles Graves started the firm in 1959 and has been in the private practice of law since that time, except for a period of four years when he was the United States Attorney for the District of Wyoming. Donald Miller and Tim Kingston graduated from law school together. Tim practices in a wide variety of areas and has also worked for the federal government involved in handling the banking and savings and loan crisis, as well as being a bankruptcy trustee for three years in Wyoming. Donald Miller focuses on a litigation practice, criminal defense in federal court and banking law.
